元素 provides a 100% match of the first 3% and 50% match of the next 2% for employees participating in our 401(k) plan.
元素 also contributes 5% of each eligible employee’s gross compensation into the employee’s designated investment options offered with the 401(k) plan at the end of each year.

We observe eight paid holidays per calendar year and also close early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Eligible employees receive PTO based on years of service, and it’s prorated for new employees based on their start date. Additional PTO is awarded on January 1 during an employee’s fourth year of service.

Both full-time and part-time employees who meet FMLA eligibility will receive anywhere between 3-12 weeks at 100% of their base pay depending on their status. If additional time is desired, there are also unpaid leave options.
